Selling my 1985 Toyota Celica GT-S convertible. Rare car, they only made 4000 of these. Runs beautifully, transmission shifts perfect, brand new tires, battery and convertible top. I bought this for my wife originally, but she had to have a hip replacement and it sits too low for her to get in and out. The top is manual- used to be a power top, but the previous owner disconnected it because there was an issue with the electronics, but top goes up and down manually easily. Interior is in great shape- seats look really good and are not worn out. The only issue is the power windows; the drivers side window always works, but the passenger and rear windows only work intermittently. My mechanic says it sounds like a ground issue. A true classic convertible- has independent rear suspension, the regular Celicas did not have that. Rear wheel drive car- handles excellent, and fun to drive. Paint is in good shape as you can see from the pictures. Just a reminder, this is not a restored car. It has the wear of a 1985 car as one would expect, but was well kept all its life.
