Up for sale is an excellent example of a 1986 four-wheel-drive Toyota pickup turbo.
The shiny blue paint is a real head turner and is welcome in any collection, or as a daily driver. This pickup has been fully serviced including a new battery and carefully gone over over. The paint is shiny and the graphics new. All of the door and window seals have been replaced to ensure a quite sealed cabin for any off road adventures.
The engine runs excellent, with no smoke at start up and has a smooth idle. The factory turbo spools up nicely giving the little extra power these trucks need. This truck also just passed California emission standards and is registered through next year.
The AC system has been overhauled and is currently under vacuum awaiting charge.
The interior has a set of Courbeu bucket seats that give excellent support. It also has the optional wing windows and sliding rear window. The dash has a cover but looks fair considering. The front window has been replaced, so no pitted glass while staring into the sun.
All four shock have been replaced giving the truck a nice ride that tracks straight down the road.
The paint is new but has some imperfections in the tailgate. So the truck will come with a new tailgate and color matched paint.
This is a California car and has Zero rust. This truck also has the rare turbo transmission that off road enthusiasts pay top dollar for. The tires are new 32” mud terrains for the agresssive look and increased off road capability.
That being said there are a few flaws with the truck. I have been having difficulty finding a blue passenger vent so the truck will come with a grey one. There is all so a panel missing in the rear of the headliner. All in all I would rate this truck an 8.5 out of 10.
These turbo Trucks are hard to find and even harder to find, running, good looking, smogged and ready to go. This truck is an awesome investment that you can enjoy.
